Adoption process
How do I apply for a kitten?
Start by completing our online Kitten Application on our website. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you can reserve an available kitten or join our waiting list for upcoming litters.
What is your reservation process?
After approval, a non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your kitten. The reservation fee is applied toward the final adoption price and your kitten is marked as reserved on our website.
When can I choose my kitten?
Kittens are typically evaluated for structure and personality before we confirm placements. We will guide you through the process and help match you with the best kitten for your home.
Do you have a waiting list?
Yes. When no kittens are immediately available, approved families may join our waiting list for future litters. We contact waiting list families in the order they joined when new kittens are available.
Do you use an adoption contract?
Yes. Every kitten is placed under a written contract that outlines expectations, health coverage, and care requirements. You will receive a copy for your records.
Pricing & payments
What is the price of a Maine Coon kitten?
Our Maine Coon kittens are $3,200, reflecting the quality of the bloodlines, genetic testing, veterinary care, and the time and care invested in each kitten.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No. Reservation fees are non-refundable, as we take that kitten off the market and hold it specifically for you. The reservation fee is applied toward the total adoption price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept commonly used methods such as cash, certified check, and select electronic payments. Details are provided in the adoption contract and on our Adoption Process page.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is typically due before or at the time of pickup, according to the terms in your contract.

Are your breeding cats health tested?
Yes. Our breeding cats are health tested for important genetic conditions common to the Maine Coon breed. Only sound, healthy cats are used in our program.
What vaccinations do kittens receive?
Kittens receive age-appropriate FVRCP vaccinations and are dewormed on a schedule recommended by our veterinarian.
Do kittens come spayed or neutered?
Yes. Kittens are placed as pet-only and go home spayed or neutered in accordance with our contract and veterinary guidance.
Do you microchip the kittens?
At this time, we do not routinely microchip kittens. If microchipping is added in the future, it will be clearly stated in the adoption details.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. Kittens go home with a written health guarantee and a vet-issued health letter documenting their exam and condition at the time of sale.
Transportation & pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery options may be available depending on distance and schedule. Local pickup is preferred, but we can discuss transportation options when you are approved.
Do you ship kittens as cargo?
No. We do not ship kittens as cargo under any circumstances. All transportation must be done in a safe and humane way.
What should I bring on pickup day?
We recommend bringing a secure carrier, a soft blanket or towel, and any remaining payments required at pickup. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided before your kitten goes home.
Can you hold my kitten past its go-home date?
In some cases, we can hold a kitten briefly past the ready date. Any extended holding must be arranged in advance and may include a daily boarding fee.
